A coliving is a flexible and community-based form of accommodation that allows people to live and work with like-minded from wherever they desire.

Colivings can come in many different shapes and sizes and be tailored to vey particular kind of communities.

Our community is comprised of entrepreneurs, creators, artists and dreamers who are driven by the desire to create their life’s work.

Kreators, simply put, are purpose-driven individuals who dare to build and live the life of their dreams.

Kreators step out of their comfort zones and take life into their own hands to pursue their passions in life.

A kreator isn’t just the entrepreneur. We’re also the content creators, artists, coaches, explorers, doers and dreamers.

The usual resident is somewhere between 25 and 35 years old. However, we believe that age is just a number. In general, we look for young-spirited individuals, who may also be older.

It is very uncommon that we'll have either students, interns or professionals in entry-level jobs. We'll only make an exception if this person has a proven ambition or plan to get to the next level.

Very important: if you're just looking for a room to stay in and don't plan on interacting with others, we're not what you're looking for.

No worries, you won't be expected to constantly be doing everything with your fellow colivers. You are grown-ups and can do whatever you desire. However, we do look for people who are social and collaborative in nature.

First things first: you only pay one monthly fee without any hidden costs. Utilities, amenities, the majority of events and so much more are included.

Our home is fully equipped so you don’t have to worry about anything else. If there’s something really important you want in the home that may add value to the community, please let us know.

We will clean the property once per week, 2 sets of towels and bed sheets are included and there’s no agency or sign up fees. We’ll organize or co-create with the community at least one event per week.

Exceptions:

– We’ll cover up to 70€/person for utilities. Anything above that will be covered by the individual residents.
– Most events are included in the price unless we collectively decide to go really big or do something really expensive. We’re always happy to help you organize any events, workshops or experiences.

Every room and every apartment is different. We will adjust the price according to the overall assessment.

Calculate that the rooms can range all the way from 900€/month to 1500€/month. We can't predict when each individual room will be available.

We want to create a diverse environment with people who may either be farther down their journey or have the ambition but are still getting started.

Our goal is to eventually have options for all kinds of kreators.

Our home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of them with a shower.

It is almost 200m2 big and has a massive balcony overlooking Park Güell, Sagrada Familia and the Mediterranean Sea.

The property is located in the north of Gracia and a 5-7min walk away from the L3 and L6 metro lines, which take you to all of the best parts of Barcelona in less than 15min.

The curation process is where our community starts. We carefully curate our members to strive to achieve the best possible chemistry.

You need to apply through our website by answering a set of questions to get to know you and know when you’d like to move in with us.

If we believe you’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a casual video call where you’ll be able to ask any questions you may have.

In case there’s multiple candidates who might fit in, we’ll let the current colivers make the final choice.

We expect to have a large volume of applications. It’s not just about being a good being the right fit but also about being able to move in when a room becomes unavailable.

This is a place that fosters creation and growth so you can accelerate the path towards your wildest dreams.

On one hand, we provide you with tools (fiber optic WiFi, podcast mics, whiteboards, ergonomic chairs, etc.) so you can unleash your creativity.

On the other hand, we give you the opportunity to choose whether you want to work from your bedroom or the workspace in the common area.

Residents must pay rent before the 3rd day of the upcoming month.

Rent is calculated on a month-by-month basis. If you arrive in middle of the month, you’ll only pay 50% of the rent for that particular month.

Yes. Every resident must pay 1 month worth of deposit between the signing of the contract and the move-in date.

Yes, as long as you let us know more than 1 month in advance.

If no one were to move in on your original date of departure, we can make an exception but we don’t think that will be the case.

Remember: there’s a minimum stay of 32 days due to legal reasons.

You need to let us know 1 month in advance about your unexpected departure so we have enough time to fill up the room.

In case of a sudden departure without any previous notice, we’ll charge you for the time your room remains empty but never more than 1 month worth of rent.

In case you decide to cancel your stay before moving in with less than 1 week of notice, the deposit won’t be reimbursed.

Every resident can move in starting 4pm on the day of arrival and move out by 12pm on the day of departure.
